There was a normal Wednessday, our worker was inspecting a batch of hollow handle. For hollow handle, it’s easy to get rust while there’s a gap inside, especially when it delivery to comsumer’s kitchen with humid surroundings. For longer service time of the kitchen utensils, we need to do something!
First, take out the opp bag from each handle and line up beside. Then pouring some hot water into the blue basket. As once we sink the handle into the hot water, different temperature and pressure will occurs between outer and inner handle. And if there’s a gap, the water will flows into the inner handle, then bubble coming out. In this way, our worker can easily pick up the bad handle.
Once we catch the bad one, our worker will mark the exact place as record. Then feedback these information to our engineer team and production department. And they will check the mold and production flow to see why this problem come out. At least to take action to avoid the same problem come out again or reduce the chance of it happening.
As to the good handle, they will put in a white basket to get cool, and then wrap with a soft towel.
Finally, they will get rest by a wood tray with the lamplight shine down. In this way, the hollow handle can get cool rapidly. Then they will pass to the assembly workshop to equip with the silicone head.
