Garlic Butter Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder on both sides.
  2. Cook the Chicken:

  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
    • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Allow the butter to melt, then add the minced garlic.
    • Sauté the garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Combine and Finish:
    • Return the chicken breasts to the skillet. Use a slotted turner to coat the chicken with the garlic butter sauce, ensuring that the delicious flavors seep into every part of the chicken.
    • Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt, basting the chicken with the sauce. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
  5. Serve:
    • Transfer the chicken to a serving platter using a solid turner. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
